Thiocell Launching in Manila!

Last November 27, 2015, I was invited to attend the launching of Thiocell, the Science of Premium Skin Whitening held at Le Jardin Manila Penthouse in BGC Taguig.

​And wow, it turns out to be a very fortunate event for me! Aside from becoming aware of the benefits of glutathione, receiving a Thiocell bottle sample for me to try, I have also won in their fun #OOTD contest! Hehe!

Thiocell is the First and Only Oral Glutathione in Lozenge Form and it promises to whiten skin in as early as 2 weeks!

Dr. Kristina C. Reyes explained to us what are the benefits of taking glutathione and how can it affect our bodies, skin and hair.

Thiocell promises to be the most effective in whitening and anti-aging product in the market to-date because of its unique combination of selenium, glutathione, and vitamin C. This unique combination replenishes the glutathione levels in the body and maintains it. But aside from its whitening and anti-aging benefits, Thiocell is also said to be beneficial for diabetic patients with fatty liver. Thiocell does not contain alcohol or animal products, and contains no added sugar, starch, wheat, preservatives, or artificial flavor.

According to Mr. Ramesh Tenambhat Krishnamurthy – Chief Operating Officer of Brady Pharma, unlike the other glutathione in capsules, Thiocell is in chewable lozenges, which ensures that the glutathione is absorbed through the oral cavity instead of in the stomach, thereby ensuring faster and maximum absorption.

He even explained that you only need to take one lozenge a day, preferably to be taken at night since our bodies absorb nutrients faster when it is in the resting mode. It is best to let the tablet stay on your mouth for as long as you could (yes, avoid chewing!) since the nutrients are better absorbed by the body while it is being broken down by the oral cavities, after which, should be followed by drinking a glass of water! He even said "DO NOT RUSH" when taking this tablet! Haha! He really is indeed, a very entertaining man: he even sat with us in our table before the event officially ended. It was nice to be chatting with him!

Honestly, before I went to this event, I didn't know that there will be an #OOTD contest, and since I only commuted on my way to the event (can't drive yet, nobody else to drive for me, etc), I decided to pick a casual t-shirt and jeans combo with brown leather platform heels with matching Juicy Couture dusty pink hobo bag, and an animal-printed scarf that I just picked up from the cabinet before I went out of the house! So, I was flattered to have won! Maybe it was just "the latecomer's luck" as Mr. Ramesh jokingly said, hehe! 

And here is my prize: an iPad Mini! Hooray! I feel so luckyyyy!!!

Of course, this day wouldn't be complete without meeting the other bloggers! I am glad to have found other ladies who share the same passion as mine - blogging, writing, and anything related to beauty!
