I started using Jil Gyung Yi a few days after my period. The first time that I tried it, I felt an itchy sensation inside while the two tablets were melting inside me. It may be easy to use and insert since the shape of the tablets are oval and the size is small. However, it kinda felt uneasy since it was my first time using the product. 

After 5-10 minutes, the tablets completely dissolved and there was a light yellowish-white discharge that came out (and that is why you need to put a pantyliner if you plan on using this!) I washed myself with a gentle feminine cleanser after. In all fairness, after washing off, no more irritation was felt. I think that maybe the reason why it was itchy was because Jil Gyung Yi was acting as an internal vaginal cleanser and some bacteria were reacting with the product. There was no foul odor afterwards which is why I think the product is effective!

The sample that I got was enough for three days: the first two consecutive days and the day on the week after. I like the effect that it had on me.

What are my thoughts?
- It is an effective internal vaginal cleanser,
- Easy to use and doesn't affect movement,
- When used regularly, it can prevent bacterial infection.

However, results may vary and what worked for me may or may not work for others. If you have no issue with your vagina, you may not need this product. But if you are, let's say, sexually active or prone to infections like vaginitis, yeast infection, UTI, etc then it might be best to start using thisit, with the go siignal of your OB-gyne of course!

On May 25, 2018, we attended The Blulane Hotel's media night wherein writers, bloggers, and press people will experience the service of the hotel and taste the Blu Cafe's dishes. To make it even more fun, we brought along our companions such as family and friends!

With our busy schedules with the kids and hubby's job, it was a good thing for us to spend time with our families in a different place outside our home. Staycations like this give us a new environment to experience so we can relax and unwind (and not think too much of household chores!)

The Blulane Hotel's lobby is beautiful. My kids kept on playing all over the area while me and my blogger friends were having drinks and snacks at the Coffee Club.

Coffee enthusiasts will enjoy the inviting atmosphere at The Coffee Club. Unwind, unplug and converge in this intimate part of the hotel, a perfect spot for your picture perfect experience with their signature frappe, smoothies, and drinks partnered with sweet delicacies.

We ordered strawberry cream frappe, java chip frappe, and a chocolate cake and they were satisfactory, masarap! 

After hanging out at the Coffee Club, we went to our respective rooms. I requested a non-smoking room/floor with two separate beds because we have two kids along with us. We stayed in a Superior Room, we got 2 twin beds and an additional single bed at the corner. 

This room's rate is Php 7,000 a night but you can request for either a king size bed or 2 twin beds.

The property is a midrange hotel offering a 5-star quality of service. The aesthetic throughout the property is clean and contemporary, with Asian-inspired interiors to make guests feel at homethe. Around 7:30pm, we went to the Blu Dynasty to experience the Grand Cantonese Dinner Showcase. Selected bloggers, influencers, and media people were invited to taste the food they have to offer!

The moment we got here, we were hungry and ready to eat the dishes that they had prepared! Oh myyyy there were so many dishes to choose from and it was hard to choose a favorite! Here are what we had that night: indeed a Grand Dinner!

Needless to say, we were highly satisfied with the food leaving us all full. I wondered then what would they have for us for The Big Breakfast Banquet the next day.... Hmmm...

After a relaxing night sleeping on comfortable soft beds and air-conditioned room, we woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day!

The Big Breakfast Banquet was held at the Blulane Ballroom, 2nd Floor at 9am. The dishes were scrumptuous and heavy that I'll be calling it a "brunch" instead! While we were feasting on these delicious delights, the closing program was happening there as well. 

There were cupcakes prepared to be given to bloggers and. media people. As expecteda, masarap sya ha! Here are some of the dishes that we had for breakfast:

Signature Fried Rice, Vegetable Medley, Pan Grilled Fish Fillet, Signature Fried Chicken, Beef Forester, and Roasted Porkloin. There were also brownies and small cakes for dessert. Fortunately, I was able to take home a Sans Rival cake c/o The Bluelane Hotel as I won in one of their contests during the program! 😊

Afterwards, me and my friend Ann, went to have a 20-min body massage at the Pamper Pleasure by The Blulane - The Spa, it's perfect to have done this before checking out of the hotel. We felt relaxed afterwards!

It is a known fact that malunggay is a good enhancer of breastmilk. And to further support this claim, a case study research was conducted by NatureEarth wherein twelve moms ages 18 to 33 years old with babies ages 2 weeks to 2 months old were asked to participate. Half of them were asked to drink one glass of M2 concentrate tea drink daily, while the other half were asked to drink 2 glasses. After a month of regularly drinking M2 concentrate drink, the 6 mothers who drank 2 glasses daily claimed they produced more breast milk. While the other 6 who drank only a glass did not notice any changes on the quantity of their breast milk.

On the second month, all mothers claimed to have an increased amount of milk being produced, including the ones who only drank a glass daily.

Then on the third month of continuously drinking M2 concentrate drink, everyone noticed that they felt better because no one got sick during the three-month period and there was an ease in bowel movement. Some mothers even claimed that their skin became smoother.

In my case, there were days that I was able to drink only a glass of the M2 Tea Drink and on some days, I was able to drink it twice: morning and afternoon. It was easy for me to prepare this drink since all I had to do is fill up the mug with cold water and add 3-4 tbsp of the tea concentrate. When I'm lazy, I use yung takip ng bote nito as a measuring "cup", fill it up twice and mix it in my drink, hehe!

Its taste was good, a little bit sweet but not too much and it isn't bitter either. My baby even drinks a bit of this sometimes coz it tastes delicious that even picky kids can tolerate the taste. 

I had been using it for a month and I must say that my milk supply is still going good. My baby seems satisfied and full whenever she latches on to me, she isn't fussy like as if may kulang. I don't pump so I can't give you a number of how many ounces of milk can I produce. Yes, my baby prefers direct latching and she doesn't drink milk from the bottle, even pumped breastmilk, however, she drinks a lot of water and eats many food since she is 1.7 years old already. My baby may look slim but rest assured that she is healthy, well-fed, playful, and energetic.

Whenever I visit pasalubong stores in the province, I make sure that I get a few packs of shing-a-lings all the time. I think that is why my kids also love eating them! For the price point, it may be a li'l bit expensive for others when you compare it to the other brands in the grocery store, but since these are made of natural ingredients and have long-term health benefits, it is worth investing in.
