The path towards spiritual awakening and enlightenment is not a race nor a competition.

​Each one of us will be pushed to awaken when the timing is right. It does not matter whether your journey was slow or fast - do not compare for your time will come.

Be patient and focus on your own journey. Each baby steps you make towards healing is something to be celebrated about. Congratulate yourself each time you practice mindfulness - when you respond instead of reacting, and when you manage your emotional impulse instead of letting it take over you.
