 We all do love a lip product whose color stays put for hours, makes us look blooming, and leaves us confident that it won't be removed even after eating, drinking, (and kissing!) Haha! So before buying these lip candies at the bazaar, me and my friend decided to just test it out first. So around 12:30nn we put the color on using their tester then we shopped around, had late lunch, drank water, rubbed our lips off with tissue paper repeatedly and came back at the @skinpotions bazaar around 2:45pm. Guess what? The color was still there! And it remained like it's untouched! I mean, wow! Other lipsticks even the expensive ones easily get removed when I eat but this one does not! Amazing - it exceeded my expectations!  Lip Candy Collection initially came in 4 colors: *Snow White's Kiss -true red w/ bluish tint *Strawberry Shortcake - pink w/ bluish tint *California Dream- warm yellow-orange *Hello Plum- cool violet color w/ bluish tint Colored lip products are one of the essential things in one's makeup kit because it instantly gives your face a healthy glow and it easily changes your look with just one or a few swipes! Now, I'll write about the current long-lasting and moisturizing organic lip balms that I absolutely love! These moisturizing, long-lasting water-resistant, smudge-proof and kiss-proof (yes they are!) lip balms that are made with organic and natural oils and waxes. It's comforting knowing that they are safe for sensitive lips.  Product Description: Moisturizing lip balm that will leave your lips pigmented and soft the whole day. Made with organic & natural oils and waxes that penetrates deep within. Ingredients: Shea Butter, Beeswax, Coconut Oil, and Fruit Pigment Price: SRP: Php 180 (but they give up to 20%-50% discounts during bazaars) Scent: Fruity and Light (similar to old school berry-scented lip glosses)  This is a swatch test I made on my arm. I wet the skin, soaped it, rinsed it with water and patted it dry. See how strong they stick to the skin!  COLOR LIP SWATCH: All pictures are unedited to show the real colors.  Snow White's Kiss .It's a bright red with blue undertones that enhances yellowish Asian skin tones and makes the teeth look whiter! It's perfect to use when you want to look bold, strong, and show everyone what femme fatale is all about! You can also make the color lighter with only a few swipes if you prefer to look sweeter.  The redness of this lip balm can be adjusted to the intensity that you like: you can make your lips look like you just ate a Lipps candy with just a few dabs on the lips or make it look bright red with three or more full swipes on the lips. I like it when my lip color is bright!  Strawberry Shortcake It is a dark pink shade that has more bluish tints. The color turns fuchsia as minutes and hours pass by. This is perfect to be used when you go out on a date. The color is bright enough to make you look blooming plus you won't have to retouch all the time and you don't have to worry about staining your teeth as well when you eat because the color stays strong!  I can actually call it a "Barbie shade" because it's pinkish and girlish, I can't help it! This lip balm's shade can be adjusted according to your liking whether you like it a bit subdued or as bright a pop of color as you want! I however like sporting bright lip colors to enhance my skin tone!  California Dream It's a warm yellow-orange color that turns into a bright orange as minutes and hours pass by. It has more yellowish tint so the downside is it can emphasize yellow teeth. However, if you have white teeth, it is fine. This is a perfect color to be used this summer - warm and citrusy!  California Dream is a bright orange lip color that gears towards the warm palette. It truly enhances yellowish Asian skin tones like mine which I really love! This color is perfect for daytime use for that summery morning feels! Just think of fresh crisp grass, the scent of fresh unpolluted air, and warm sunset kiss!  Hello Plum I was never a fan of plum and violet lipsticks but I was surprised to find out that the color of this lip balm suits me well. When I put it on, it made me look fierce and cool! Perfect to use when watching a rock concert!  As you can see, Hello Plum is a violet color that looks a bit lavender-ish on my lips at first then later turns into a pinkish violet after a few minutes. This lip color is so bold and fierce, it takes a lot of guts to just wear it! However, like all the other variants, you can just tone the color of this down according to a shade that you are comfortable with! But if you wanna go crazy with the color, go ahead! Pair it with your favorite black eyeliner and minimal face makeup!  Tangerine Spice In my opinion is the MOST PIGMENTED out of all the variants. Just one full swipe on the lips is enough to make them look opaque! Superb color pay-off quality I should say! This is a deep -orange lipstick that warms and brightens up the face, most suitable for yellowish Asian skintones! It has a bit of brownish undertones in it as well. Its shade can be toned down as well if you want a more subdued look, just dab it on gently on the lips carefully so the color won't look too strong. If you like bold and fierce orange color, well this one is for you!  Cherry Bitten The pigmentation is superb and awesome, it instantly brightens up my dull face, hehe! It's long-wearing, moisturizing, water-resistant, smudge proof and kiss-proof, proven indeed by me haha! Cherry Bitten is a reddish shade with a hint of pink and a neutral undertone that goes well with both warm and cool skin tones. Compared to Snow White's Kiss, this one is a bit deeper and more reddish. I really love this because it gives me a bright red lip color that still looks wearable, just like the other variants, this lip balm's effect can be toned down or brightened up according to your liking. Dab it a few times or swipe it generously, go ahead and experiment!  Baby Aurora Lip balm with a tiny hint of pink? Oh yes! I am currently loving Skin Potions' Lip Candy in Baby Aurora! . It moisturizes my lips and at the same time giving it a beautiful baby pink color that looks natural making my lips enhanced without looking too made up! The tint is also long-wearing and the formulation doesn't cake on the lips! It's perfect for ladies especially students on a budget who wanna look pretty using natural lip balm made of fruit pigments!  Review: Claims vs. Results Packaging: 10/10 The colorful label is cute and girly! It also looks fresh, youthful, modern and light - perfect for its target market which are the teens and young-at-heart yuppies! Moisturizing: 10/10 These lip balms moisturized my lips really well and kept it hydrated for 12 hours! It didn't leave my lips chapped and dry even if these are colored balms. Long-lasting: 10/10 Their colors are long-lasting as well sticking to the lips for at least 6 hours straight even when you eat, drink, kiss and lick your lips! If you apply it before going to sleep, the color will still be there when you wake up! How nice, right? The only way to completely remove this is when you wash it with toothpaste or soap, or when you use a make-up remover. Color Pigmentation: 9/10 This product gives a glossy sheer finish. It will not be opaque no matter how many times you put it on. For a lip balm it actually gives a great color pigmentation already! The color is buildable, one swipe will give you a glossy tint, 2-3 swipes will give you a hint of color. My only concern is I had to swipe at least 6 times (or more) on each of my lips before I get the bright color in these pictures below. So that means, if I use a certain lip balm everyday, I'll run out of this fast which is not that much of a big deal to me. They are all perfect for Asian's yellowish skin tones!  Conclusion:
