I love sweet-smelling perfumes, always have! I remember when I was a young li'l girl, I'd sneak over my mom's beauty collection in the dresser for she had lots of perfumes reserved for special occasions and colognes for daily use. I enjoyed the latter since the scents are usually light, fruity and gourmand, perfect for youngsters! Fast forward to adulthood, I still prefer scents with a hint of sweetness in them for they make me feel young. Some people say that chocolate-scented stuff are meant for kids but hey, I'll always be a kid-at-heart! Few weeks ago, Perfume Dessert bottles were delivered to me. Upon opening the parcel, I was attracted with its pretty packaging. The perfume bottles were encased in a carton container which is pretty sturdy. The design and print is something that I appreciate because it looks well-thought of, the colors and the images reflects the scents themselves making it easier to spot which is which. I tried the scents one by one and I was surprised with their quality, these are actually good! We all know that there are lots of local perfume products featuring imitation scents from high-end brands popping up here and there nowadays and although we know that that is good for others who are tight on a budget, it is still obvious that the quality of most of the imitation scents are still not as good if you compare it to the original perfumes that are being copied. Most of the immitation scents still have a moderate to strong lingering hint of alcohol scent when you spray it which are nakakahilo when you spray more than twice, plus the sillage is usually poor and only lasts for an hour or less. Well, as they say, you do get what you pay for! However, this brand is different! I really admire them for coming up with their very own unique sweet scents! Originality is something to be praised, guys! Also, when I sprayed them, I didn't pick any hint of alcohol scent! Hindi siya nakakahilo! It was pure fragrance that smells awesome and doesn't hurt my nose! Even after an hour, I can sniff it. For only Php250 per bottle, you definitely get more than what you pay for. With that price, I don't mind spraying again more often. My husband who is very maarte when it comes to perfume quality, actually loves the scent on me. He said it smells expensive! Take note, he is unaware of the price until now! And with that, I use these everyday even just at home. Smelling good helps in adding ganda points, girls! So slay that! Perfume Dessert Eau de parfum fragrances are from London. Eau de parfum (also referred to as EDP) offers a 20-30% percent concentration of oils. These tend to have plenty of ‘waft’. Staying power of is from four to eight hours. Because it can still be quite strong, apply lightly for day – and more generously when dressing up. My favorite amongst all the 4 scents is Peach Bourbon Popsicles! It has the right mix of sweet peach candy and citrus scent that is not overwhelming. It reminds me of summer days, all crisp, bubbly, and fun! Did you know that Perfume Dessert is 100% guaranteed from the U.K.? Their scents are all original and has no fakes! You can check it by the first 3 digits of the barcode wherein they indicate the country wherein the company is based and where the manufacturing company is headquartered. Perfume Dessert's first 3 digit is 506 and U.K's barcode is from 500-509. My 2nd favorite would be the Cucumber Melon Cooler. I got a thing for cool scents, it instantly calms my mood and senses. This variant smells cool, refreshing, light, and mildly sweet. It's like smelling your favorite cold beverage on a hot summer day! I was wondering why the price of their products is made affordable. I just found out that it is because they import it directly in large quantities. The owners do not buy it from trading companies or international distributors unlike the majority of the other perfume brands. They only buy from a legit distributor and trading company. Perfume Dessert comes in a 30 ml crimped bottle, retaining the freshness of the product prevent leakage and diffusing. Since air, humidity, and temperature changes can affect the quality of perfume, it should be kept with its cap on and sealed in its protective bottle as much as possible. Bottle designs that CANNOT be opened and can only be sprayed is the SAFEST for PRESERVING the perfumes' quality. The design of the bottle is simple and handy, it has no complicated design nor a luxurious cap making the price cheap. Yet the oil is 100% high quality. One of the assets of Perfume Dessert is their elegant packaging, it is great not only for personal use but also as a gift: no need for extra wrapping and packaging. When it comes to the design, I have a bias for pink, so the variant Sakura is the eye-catching one for me! I know my fellow pink lovers can relate! This one also has a nice mix of floral, oriental, and sweet scent, perfect for the girly girls out there! And oh, this is interesting! Did you know that perfume dessert serves as a natural aphrodisiac? Because of its gourmand notes and the pheromones as part of its ingredients, people get drawn to you because of this scent.
