My Experience: Restore, Renew, and Rejuvenate yourself by Having a ScalarPrana Healing Session

Last month, I was invited to have a ScalarPrana Healing group session at Bioenergetics Training Center because I had been blogging and posting about metaphysical topics (crystal healing, reiki, tarot, etc) in my website and social media accounts for years now. 

Actually, it was my very first time having a scalarprana healing session so it made me curious on how was it like. When I went there, I was told that it is a little bit similar with Reiki Healing (I am a Reiki2 practitioner) which focuses on healing the person's energy to accelarate his/her physical healing.

Before we begin with the actual healing session, a ScalarPrana practitioner explained to us first what exactly is ScalarPrana healing so that the clients will know what they are getting into. Injuries, allergies, and any kind of sickness were asked to the clients during the orientation. They made it clear that this is a "no-touch" practice for they will be working in balancing a person's chakra points.

After the orientation, they brought us to a dim-lit room where we will be having our 1hr ScalarPrana healing session. But before we can enter the room, they misted us with a "specially formulated" spray to cleanse our energy then a practitioner will scan us energy-wise so they would know what area of our body do we have an imbalance or got a problem with. There were 9 of us in the group during this session. Each of us had different problems that needs to be fixed - one practitioner was assigned to cater to one client.

ScalarPrana healers put an overlay of quartz, amethyst, citrine, and tourmaline crystals on our bodies while we were lulled by the soothing sounds of a recording of Tibetan singing bowls & healing chimes.

Before I went here, I was so stressed out and had a really bad day - my favorite crystal piece was broken into pieces, the kids at home were making such a mess, and more home-related stressors too. Yes, I am a reiki practitioner alright but even highly spiritual people get worked up too, you know, like ok, having a self-healing ability is good, but having someone else to heal you while you just lie down there and relax feels even more amazing! I was really looking forward to having this treatment so I could finally unwind and release all those stress and negativity outta my system! Ugh, the challenges of a yaya-less work-at-home mom, really! 

Mid-session, I experienced weird pricking sensations that felt like ants crawling inside and outside my skin - from my inner thighs to my crotch to my womb then my stomach. It was annoyingly itchy actually like should I scratch them or what, isn't it awkward, haha! It took a while (15mins more or less) before they disappeared. And no, I didn't scratch them because I felt like one should focus and stay still while meditating no matter what the distractions. 

Later on, I was told that those weird stuff that I felt were actually negative energies that had built up all over my root, sacral, and solar plexus chakra, and they were being released.

Here, experienced ScalarPrana practitioners will remove energy blockages, clear sick energy, & infuse scalar energy into your system to optimize your body for better healing. The session is done in 1 hour. 

After the session, we were brought to a room where we can have our light dinner while sharing our experiences to one another. (I didn't take a photo of the group discussing for privacy's sake.) 

One of the perks in this session is that there were food and drinks served. We had pasta, sandwiches, veggies to crunch on, and healthy drinks to savor. I actually love that they chose healthy options for us - not too heavy, not too light, just right!
