My All-Time Favorite Lipstick: MAC Creme Cup

Price: Php 1,000 (in MAC Cosmetics Stores in Philippines)

Creme Cup (Cremesheen) is a creamy lipstick infused with pearlized pigments and a moisturizing serum blend. It is a wearable light blue pink color which matches my warm-neutral skin tone perfectly. The only thing though is that, this color does not match some skin tones so it is always a must to try it out first in the MAC testers before purchasing one.

Its color in particular is like understated elegance - it looks modest, quiet, subdued, not too loud (like MAC Viva Glam Nicki Minaj or Snob), but it still gives an oomph to your over-all look.

It enhances the size of my lips without going too overboard plus its cremesheen formula moisturizes my lips. I love its finish because it makes my lips look healthier and plump. However, the downside is that its longevity isn't as strong as MAC's matte lippies. The color easily fades after having a meal. It tend to only last me for an hour - or two (when it's a lucky day, LOL) without drinking or eating.

I'll show you photos of me wearing the lipstick at noontime with minimal eye makeup and at night time, indoor with heavy eye makeup.

Goofing around! Notice how the color looks "milkier" and cooler under indoor fluorescent lighting?

Whether for day-to-night makeup, it looks good. I find it best to pair with ANY kinds of smoky eye shadows: colored or neutral. So you see how versatile this shade is? You can bring it anywhere, anytime knowing that you won't make a mistake!

When I use it without eye-makeup, my total look will be very simple and subdued but it won't wash e out. It is also nice to mix with other bright and dark lipstick colors to tone them down. Very useful, indeed, it's a must-have in my bag!

Coral Bliss is a salmon peach-nude while Creme Cup is a milky nude-pink. These shades are wearable, practical, and flattering on neutral-warm fair skintones! They can both be paired with either a smoky eyeshadow look or a no-makeup makeup look. I also love that they are in cremesheen finish, moisturizing and silky on the lips!
