Magical Food for the FamilySince the beginning of time, mankind was gifted by God, the Creator with food to sustain their life force on a daily basis. Mother Earth kept on giving the humanity all resources such as fruits, vegetables, and herbs with healthy and magickal properties that strengthen our bodies, as well as nourish our soul - they will never go out of style and will remain a staple in every household's kitchen and fridge forever. The Vibrational Frequency of FoodEverything in this Universe is made of energy - it is present in all living and non-living things, in all matter (solid, liquid, gas, and plasma) as well as our thoughts and emotions. 1) APPLES "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." Apples are rich in calcium, iron, phosporus and potassium, and are high in anti-oxidants and high water content. They are packed with fiber - which leaves you satiated. Apples are a versatile fruit that can be used in many dishes from classic crumbles, cakes and pies to chutney and salads. 2) BANANAS Potassium in bananas is good for your heart health and blood pressure. A medium-sized banana will provide around 320-400 mg of potassium, which meets about 10% of your daily potassium needs. Potassium helps your body maintain a healthy heart and blood pressure. In addition, bananas are low in sodium. Bananas can be deep fried, mashed, curried or added in shakes, smoothies, desserts and salads.
