Magical Food for the Family

Since the beginning of time, mankind was gifted by God, the Creator with food to sustain their life force on a daily basis.  Mother Earth kept on giving the humanity all resources such as fruits, vegetables, and herbs with healthy and magickal properties that strengthen our bodies, as well as nourish our soul - they will never go out of style and will remain a staple in every household's kitchen and fridge forever.

The Vibrational Frequency of Food

Everything in this Universe is made of energy - it is present in all living and non-living things, in all matter (solid, liquid, gas, and plasma) as well as our thoughts and emotions.

Did you know that even food emits frequency? And when humans digest food with high frequency, their bodies feel lighter and stronger, and their minds will have more focus and clarity! Hence the saying
"YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" should be taken seriously.

So for today, I will share with you some of my top 10 favorite must-have foods & ingredients that are magickal  -in a way that they will increase your frequency! Also these are simple, easy-to-find, affordable, and very versatile! Shall we begin?

Apples are rich in calcium, iron, phosporus and potassium, and are high in anti-oxidants and high water content. They are packed with fiber - which leaves you satiated.

Apples are a versatile fruit that can be used in many dishes from classic crumbles, cakes and pies to chutney and salads.

2) BANANAS

Potassium in bananas is good for your heart health and blood pressure.
A medium-sized banana will provide around 320-400 mg of potassium, which meets about 10% of your daily potassium needs. Potassium helps your body maintain a healthy heart and blood pressure. In addition, bananas are low in sodium.

Bananas can be deep fried, mashed, curried or added in shakes, smoothies, desserts and salads. Banana pairs well with blueberry, caramel, cherry, chocolate, cinnamon, coconut coffee, ginger, guava, hazelnut, honey, lemon, lime, mango, molasses, orange, papaya, pineapple, vanilla, and walnuts.

Studies have linked potatoes and their nutrients to a variety of impressive health benefits, including improved blood sugar control, reduced heart disease risk and higher immunity. They may also improve digestive health and combat signs of aging.

Fresh potatoes are baked, boiled, or fried and used in a staggering range of recipes: mashed potatoes, potato pancakes, potato dumplings, twice-baked potatoes, potato soup, potato salad and potatoes au gratin, etc.
