 RyGer Shawarma Taytay, Rizal is a place that is well-known as The Woodworks Capital of the Philippines. Aside from that, it is popular for having affordable ready-to-wear clothing, quality furniture, wood arts, and textile. But what other people should know is that Taytay is also a location of hidden gems when it comes to delicious food!  The Tent Food Park Taytay Our family lives here in Taytay which is why we have easy access to low-priced yummy food perfect for our cheap thrills! One of the places where we go to when we wanna taste something new but won't break our pockets is The Tent Food Park! The merchants here offer a variety of cuisines inspired by other cultures: there are Mexican, Korean, Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, etc.  RyGer Shawarma My husband enjoys Middle Eastern food so we are happy when we discovered that one of the stalls in here is offering appetizing shawarma, and that is RyGer Shawarma! Their menu is simple and affordable. They also have crispy cheesy pita, corn dogs, shawarma rice, and rootbeer float.  RyGer Shawarma  RyGer Shawarma Crispy Cheesy Pita My favorite in their menu is this Cripsy Cheesy Pita which is being sold for Php 85 in regular size and Php 110 in large size - both at Buy 1, Take 1! How nice, right? When I saw mine arrived in the table, it doesn't look like much, it only seemed like an appetizer and so it was such a surprise when after eating both pita, I felt full already! Literal na nakakabusog pala talaga! If you are hungry and you love cheese, I recommend getting the large size!  RyGer Shawarma  RyGer Shawarma My husband's favorite was their shawarma. It really tastes delicious and could rival the taste of other shawarma brands being endorsed by celebrities, no kidding! You gotta try it to believe it! Again, this is being sold as Buy 1, Take 1: Php69 for regular size and Php89 for large size! This is perfect for those who are not into eating too much carbs yet wants to fill in their hunger.  RyGer Shawarma Rice And if you like loading on carbs, they also have Shawarma Rice for only Php55!!! Guys, this is soooooo cheap na and yummy! If I were a student, I will definitely order this one ng madalas! The amount of the shawarma is just at par with the rice serving, plus you may also ask for sauce pa to match your taste. I highly recommend this for those who are tight on a budget yet wants to eat a flavorful meal!  RyGer Shawarma Corn Dogs For appetizers, they have corn dogs. There's a hotdog covered in waffle and drizzled with different types of sauce. You may choose among garlic sauce, chocolate sauce, and cheese sauce! I was the most curious with chocolate sauce kasi di'ba, how would it taste when mixed with waffles and hotdog? Soooo surprise, surprise, masarap sya! It has this unique twist of sweetness and saltiness. You gotta try this! For only Php15 for regular size and Php25 for large size, it's definitely pasok sa budget!  RyGer Shawarma Rootbeer Float While eating, you may also chill with their Rootbeer Float to balance the strong flavors with something sweet! RyGer Shawarma Owners The owners of RyGer Shawarma are Sir Ryoun and Ms. Gerty. This couple are hands-on when it comes to their business that has been around for like 3 years now! When we visited their stall, they were very maasikaso not just to us but also to their other customers. They were telling us about their products and more stories!  Me and my friend Anne enjoyed our heart-to-heart talk with Ms. Gerty! Haha! I actually look forward to going back here again, not just for the food but also to talk with the owners, they are friendly and approachable people!  My husband also enjoyed the food and he still goes to RyGer Shawarma sometimes when he passes the street by after his work. Oh, if you people will be bringing kids, make sure to keep your eyes on them like a hawk. The Tent Food Park is an open-place so it is highly recommended to always mind your kids when out and to never leave your things unattended!
Do I recommend RyGer Shawarma? Yes especially for those who are on a budget! Will I be back here again? Yes, the place is simple the food stalls are many, and the food are mostly delicious!
