Little did I know that the reason why I got attracted to them is because, at that time, their energy was what I definitely needed. I was suffering from long-term post-partum depression then so my mood was mostly off, I was feeling insecure in most aspects of my life, and I was always feeling stressed. Adding Quartz crystals to bath water also adds a refreshing feeling and making an elixir to drink or to splash on pulse points by soaking Clear Quartz crystals in water from first light to midday boosts the power within water.
