 Hi everybody! A few weeks ago, I got a fantastic news that me, with my blog Bonita Feminista, was chosen to be one of Althea Korea's Althea Angels! I am truly honored and grateful to the brand for picking me and of course to my followers, friends, and readers for you are the reason why I am still blogging (and microblogging in Instagram). Being an Althea Angel means that we will be part of the clique/group of fellow beauty enthusiasts who will be informed of their newest promos ahead of public announcement, receive some perks, and have access to their Althea Studio (available only in Korea soooooo if I'm going there in the future, y'know the drill! Hihi!)  Before Althea Korea became popular, I remember that in late 2015, I received a call from one of the owners of Althea Korea via Skype. During that time, they were planning to do a beta-testing of their platform first before launching it here in the Philippines. They had been talking to other beauty bloggers in the country as well, I believe, because they need to know more about their beauty enthusiasts target market here. Fast forward to early 2016, they launched the Beta version of their website which became available first to most of the beauty bloggers and influencers in the country. Everybody posted about their Althea haul full of Kbeauty goodies in their social media aaaaaaand.... Guess what? It became a hit! The word about the website selling legit Korean beauty products at the best price possible spread like wildfire! And now, every Kbeauty fans that I know of swear by the convenience of Althea Korea!
What I like about Althea is that aside from their convenient cash-on-delivery service, the products are safely put inside a sturdy box with modern chic design which by the way, changes every season. They also include a card and inspiring quotes which adds to their brand's value.
Needless to say, I am such a sucker for adorable packaging! Look at this tiny birthday book boxes? So xute, right?!? Whenever a brand cares about its image and never stops innovating, it's a sign that they care about their customers, making sure that they won't get bored of the same old stuff. It's great to know that they always make us look forward on what they will launch next!  Along inside the welcome gift box are this blush pink glossy pouch and a white had mirror with the words "Spread Your Wings" written onto them. Wow, I really gotta give their marketing a high-five! Excellent job! They know their target market so well! Us millenials and post-millenials like motivational quotes and trendy stuff.
And of course, an Althea Box will never be complete without a Korean beauty product inside! These are facial masks that only need to be left on the skin for 10 seconds before being washed off. Yep, 10 seconds!!! This is easy to use BUT I will save the product review for later. I prefer to use it for at least a month before making a review so I can write an honest feedback in my blog.
