So when your sense of security and safety is threatened,

The Earth is what grounds us so life will have structure.
​It is also where creativity, beauty, and aesthetics manifest.

We have to be thankful for the people who are living a mundane life for they help in grounding us, building structure and organization in this world. Without them, we will all just be spacey and floating.

They are the reasons why we have delicious food, why we have constructed buildings, why we have beautiful clothes, accessories, and jewelries, why we live a convenient life.

All in all, what we need is compassion about others' experiences, empathy about others' feelings, and understanding about what others are going through.

As cliche as it sounds, all we need is GRATITUDE & LOVE.
