The path towards spiritual awakening and enlightenment is not a race nor a competition. Each one of us will be pushed to awaken when the timing is right. It does not matter whether your journey was slow or fast - do not compare for your time will come. Be patient and focus on your own journey. Each baby steps you make towards healing is something to be celebrated about. Congratulate yourself each time you practice mindfulness - when you respond instead of reacting, and when you manage your emotional impulse instead of letting it take over you. Making a choice is power.
Day by day, when you make choices that will benefit the Highest Good, you are gradually becoming a better version of yourself, with your light influencing others to see their hidden potential within as well. Divine timing is the belief that everything that happens in your life occurs at precisely the right moment. The universe is here to take care of you and will never put you in a place that you can't handle. You can also look at divine timing as the way the universe manifests your dreams and goals in its own way. - Krish Rai Astral Crystals So let's tackle the elephant in the room. Real talk. As humans, it is common that we seek for validation to know that we are worthy or good enough. Even though we excel in a certain field that we are passionate about, our self-esteem can still be wounded if our efforts and expertise are left unrecognized. Some of us cope from this feeling in a seemingly positive way by striving to be better at our craft, or engaging in a healthy sport or competition. Others do it in a seemingly negative way by putting others down to elevate their self-esteem, or backstabbing others whom they think are not worthy of getting the recognition that those people are getting (because they feel that they are more deserving of that attention instead). If we re-assess the triggers and the root cause behind these reactions and ill feelings, it all boils down to the wounded inner child within all of us. The inner child only wanted to feel the parents' love and genuine support, to hear their praises after a job well done, to be told that they are the best after being compared to a sibling, or their classmate, or whoever else. There are so many layers that are needed to be shed to finally get to the state of no longer seeking for validation, and to finally reach the stage wherein the ego serves the spirit and not the other way around. Awareness of one's shadow is key to achieving self-mastery. Once you notice that pattern emerging from the suppressed shadows, acknowledge it and forgive yourself - and the people who took you for granted. Release that bondage because you don't need that baggage. Find comfort in the fact that the Godseed inside of you already makes you worthy of love, peace, and harmony.
You are one with the Universe and a co-creator of your reality. Your soul knows that you don't need to compete with anyone anymore just to feel complete. Be authentic to yourself and focus on your life purpose. Seek the God Creator. Follow the bread crumbs and you'll find the answer soon enough. Trust your calling, nobody else can tell you where you truly belong but you. - Krish Rai Astral Crystals Spirituality is a lifestyle - a lifelong cycle of learning, of continuous personal development and self-mastery, of doing lightwork and shadow work to heal one's self. It is becoming known right now with many souls awakening and seeking knowledge all at the same time. But remember: SPIRITUALITY IS NOT A TREND. Don't do it just because it's "what's hot" or "what's in" right now. Don't do it just because the witches aesthetics look cool, nor because the healing crystals, essential oils, and scented candles are pretty items to display as flatlays or beautiful to look at in social media. Do it to change your life for the better, to influence others to raise their consciousness, to empower one another, to understand how energy works - not just to look pretty and cool. As one of my spiritual mentors advised, "As lightworkers and shadow workers, mag-ingat sa kumunoy ng Crown Chakra". I also read from a book: "The stronger psychic you are, the more you need to learn about spirituality" that is because you shouldn't let your abilities get into your head and trap you within that "spiritual ego". Being enlightened about the metaphysical and the paranormal is good, sure it has its benefits, but it does not mean that we are better than other people who are more focused on the mundane aspect of life. Aanhin mo lahat ng kaalaman mo kung pinagyayabang mo lang naman, thinking that you are better than everyone else? Why not use what you know to empower other people (who are willing to learn and improve their lives) instead? Nobody is perfect. We need to re-assess ourselves, especially our shadows over and over again so we do not fall in the spiritual ego trap. Only that way can we spread the light and so others can find the light within them too.
As above so below, everyone has a role that they need to do in each lifetime in order to balance the existence of life. The spiritual people are not always better than the mundane, and the materialists are not better than the awakened ones. We need to co-exist. -Krish Rai Astral Crystals Say this out loud! Self-love is something that both men and women should master. When your heart is full of love, your cup will overflow with it, and sharing them with everyone will come naturally! Contrary to popular belief, self-love doesn't equate to selfishness. The latter happens when one is coming from the energy of scarcity and lack while self-love is about establishing healthy boundaries, honoring and putting your mental and emotional health first. Even in the Bible it says, "love your neighbor as you love yourself" it never said, "love others more than you love yourself". Love is not about martyrdom. "Practicing self-care, and prioritizing self-love & self-healing is never selfish. When you aim for balance within, it brings more harmony into your life. You cannot give what you do not have, so make sure that your cup is always full so you don't get drained helping others. When you heal yourself, you also inspire others to do the inner work necessary to make their lives better. In return, the people around you would learn how to be self-reliant, by then, the cycle of co-dependency and other toxic traits may end. When you remove your self-limiting beliefs and start being mindful of self-care, self-love, and self-talk, you will no longer tolerate other people's garbage being thrown at you.
Co-dependency will stop once you heal the part of you that has always needed others' validation and approval. You are worthy of love and respect, therefore you will give that to other people. And if they repay that with rudeness? Erase them from your life. If anything is confusing you, just remember, choose your own peace of mind. -Krish Rai Astral Crystals If we want to manifest something, we gotta be mindful of our energy: our thoughts, feelings, what we say out loud, and what we do with our lives. Here are some simple tips that you may apply in your life to co-create the reality that you wanted to have... 1: Start with Gratitude.
Practice Gratitude for the first 30 days and make a list of things, people, and everything else that you are grateful for. Look at yourself in the mirror and speak to yourself with gratitude. Do this when you freshly wake up in the morning. The first 20 minutes is so powerful so use it wisely. The first week may be challenging but slowly you will start to feel grateful and the "feeling of gratefulness" is the secret. 2: Use Affirmations. As you practice the art of gratitude for 30 days, give another 30 days for affirmations. We always talk to ourselves 24 hours/ 7 days a week, 365 days non-stop. Why talk negetive to your self? Instead write some useful affirmations. Tip: Hold a list in your hand and read them in your mind. Practicing them 2 to 3 hours a day will develop your amazing habit of speaking positive words. 3: Visualize Having Achieved Your Dreams and Goals. After you practice Gratitude and Affirmations, now it's time to become a pro in visualization. Practice the art of visualization for another 30 days - imagine the things that you want to achieve: the amount of money you like to have, the kind of relationship and spouse that you want, the food you want to eat, and other things you dream of - imagine as if you are already in it, like you own it and live it! Remember, frequency won't tell the difference between imagination and reality and this is so powerful that sooner or later, you will attract what you think. Be healthy. Attracting abundance will become easier than ever before with practice. 4. Work on your sense of self-love and self-worth. You will be able to manifest the reality that you want IF you think you deserve it. Trust that the energy in this Universe is so abundant, it has unlimited supply. Praying to God works, but you also need to exert some effort in making your dreams a reality. Now start being grateful of your blessings, begin writing things down, visualize the life that you want as if you already have it, and remember that you are worthy and deserving of unconditional love. "Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces." - Matthew 7:6 This verse talks about knowing the worth of the gifts that you are capable of giving (material, services, knowledge, time and effort) and discerning who are the people worthy of receiving it. Do not waste good things on people who will not appreciate them. Jesus appears to be warning his disciples to preach only before receptive audiences. One of my mentors said, "do NOT sell meat to vegetarians". Meaning, we should also be wise on whom should we share our knowledge and wisdom to, because again, not everyone will know how to appreciate. Even in our Reiki practice, part of the precept is we should only heal people if there is permission and an energy exchange. That way, the energy will keep on flowing smoothly and there will be no unpaid karmic debt. I will share the lesson that I have learned from this. In my personal experience, when I was only starting out many years ago, some people messaged me and asked me to give them natal chart astrology reading for free, yes, walang bayad. I gave it for free because back then, I didn't know the value of the service that I was giving. I spent blood, sweat and sleepless nights in learning all that I knew then. I thought I was not good enough, so maybe giving free readings was OK. Mind you, those were not short readings but FULL readings that lasted 2 hours each. Many months later that happened, the only energy exchange that I asked from these people was, "can you leave a feedback in my fan page as an exchange for the free reading that I gave you before?" Let us say that only 3 out of 20 are the only ones who gave me the energy exchange that I asked for. Some of them said, "okay" but never delivered, others said, "try ko" and they never did. Some of them were like, "I'll give you a gift in exchange" then they never came. The worst so far was of them, whom I gave a free natal chart reading for her birthday 2 yeas ago even had the gall to say "your rates now are so expensive wala bang cheaper?" For the others, I have learned to detach and realize that if these people are ungrateful, I shouldn't waste time with them. For the others who had bad attitude, I called them out. You see, when we do not value ourselves the proper way, we can't expect others to value us. Those are lessons that I have learned and as they say from bad experiences and I am grateful for it. Because of that, I have learned about setting HEALTHY BOUNDARIES. Even the master Dr. Mikao Usui learned this same lesson. He healed a beggar who was a leper, gave him a chance to have a new life and be able to work again in the city. How did the said beggar pay his gift back? By going back to the slums and begging again. He said he did it because begging was easier than working hard and living an honorable life. Sigh... Take note, there is nothing wrong with giving to charities and helping the people who are in need (like the poor children who have terrible sickness who have nothing to give, for example). But if the person DEMANDING you for freebies and low balling you are not beggars and have the capability to pay you the right amount, then be wise. Will they appreciate you or not? Saying "thank you" is important. It makes the helper feel appreciated and in return, they feel inspired to help you out more. Blessings also come more often to those who know how to appreciate. But if after asking for help from someone, and afterwards you won't even say a simple "thanks" it gives off an energy of ungratefulness, which results to less blessings coming your way. Just think of those people who were given free shelter and food, they never said thanks and even complains about blessings not being enough. With ungratefulness, blessings would go away anyway. - Krish Rai Astral Crystals Be mindful and observe the energy of the people whom you choose to be friends with. Are they inspiring you to become a better person and lifting up your spirit when you're feeling down? Or are they giving you backhanded compliments and commenting sarcastic jokes on you when good things are happening in your life? What are the topics that they usually talk about? Do they talk about self-improvement, business or creative ideas? Or do they indulge in gossiping about other people's lives and nitpicking about others' imperfections like they've got nothing else better to do? Remember, energy is contagious and they never lie. It's simple science actually.
There is truth in the saying "tell me who your friends are, and I'll tell you who you are". People with the same frequency come together because of resonance, but when one's vibrational level of consciousness has changed, the relationship will fall away. That's just the way it is. Self-reflection is very important. If you are surrounded by good people, your energy will be influenced to do good as well. But if you surround yourself with gossipers and haters, your heart chakra will also accumulate blockages. Be mindful of whom you share your energy with. - Krish Rai Astral Crystals Sept 1, 2021 / 1:43am |
