Read along for I will be reviewing their dishes and uunahin ko muna ung Top 3 Favorites ko:
For only Php 120 per serving, it is worth more than its affordable price because you won't always find a meal as good-tasting as this for that rate!
p.s. After a few days, we tried eating the similar dish somewhere from Rizal, but mehhhhhh, mas masarap at malasa pa rin ung sa MASINGngo, no bias promise, 'cause theirs is still cooked and prepared waaaaay much better, halatang it was made with love, hehe! Just look at this photo below, picture pa lang nakakatakam na!
And of course, a night of eating Filipino dishes will never be complete without having a taste (more than that actually) of bulalo!
MASINGngo offers two kinds of this dish: Special Bulalo (the one with sabaw, corn, some veggies, etc), and Sizzling Bulalo.
And if you prefer to have your bulalo saucier, here is their Sizzling Bulalo.
For only Php 125, you get to have 4 pieces of longganisa with perfectly cooked sunny-side up egg and fried rice. The tasty meat was soft yet crispy. I like it much better than the usual longganisa's that I used to eat from other restaurants or buy from the grocery stores! Definitely a must-try! Even those who have limited budget will be satisfied with this meal!
For those who are fond of eating fish, Binukadkad na Tilapia with Tausi Sauce is definitely for you!
The last but not the least, a gathering with Pinoy dishes will never be complete without the Crispy Pata!
You may also order some adobong kangkong and isdang tawilis as appetizers while waiting for the main dishes!
Meanwhile, here is the score that I solely and personally give to MASINGngo Restaurant:
Will I be going back to MASINGngo again? Yes!
Can I recommend this restaurant to others? YES! Definitely!
P.S. Just so you know, if you go up to the 2nd floor, you will see this beautiful view!
Our Story Begins In The North
Masingngo means "delicious" in the Ibanag language of the Philippine Northern regions and this is what we felt after tasting Batil Patong and Longganisa for the first time at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. We instantly knew that we just had share this opportunity and bring it down to the South for everyone to enjoy.
Now for the first time in history, the famous Batil Patong pancit and Longganisa Silog from Cagayan is available in Tagaytay City. Bringing Northern comfort food love to the South.
